Required Information for DMCA Notice
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Action Upon Receipt of Valid DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice that complies with all requirements listed above, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user responsible for posting the material
- Forward a copy of the DMCA notice to the affected user
- Take appropriate action under our Terms of Service
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on Cams4Cum was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, you must provide a written communication that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Cams4Cum may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, Cams4Cum maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
User-Generated Content Policy
Cams4Cum is a platform for user-generated content. While we proactively work to prevent copyright infringement, we cannot monitor all content uploaded to our platform. We rely on copyright holders to notify us of potential infringements through the DMCA process described above.

All content on Cams4Cum, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and videos, is the property of Cams4Cum or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Cams4Cum after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at Cams4Cum were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
All other visual depictions displayed on Cams4Cum are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because:
- They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C 2256 (2)(A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity; or
- They are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created before July 3, 1995.
